APAN Star Awards 2015

The recent APAN Star Awards 2015 was held at Wonju in South Korea where it was part of the Daejeon Drama Festival. The awards were given across the dramas aired in the major TV broadcasting stations such as KBS, MBC and SBS along with cable channels.

The Daesang (Grand Prize) award was awarded to the top excellent actor/actress for the year. So far Sohn Hyun Joo, Song Hae Gyo and Jo In Sung won this prestigious award.
As for the year of 2015, it was definitely a glittering time for Hallyu star Kim Soo Hyun.
He took home the Dae-Sang award for his drama The Producers where he played as the rookie PD.

Best Supporting Actor - Lee Geung Young (Misaeng)
Best Supporting Actress - Chae Jung Ahn (Yongpal) & Gil Hae Yoon (Assembly)
Top Excellence Award, Actor in a Serial Drama- Kim Sang Jong (Jingbirok)
Top Excellence Award, Actress in a Serial Drama - Kim Hyun Joo (I Have a Lover)
Best New Actor-  Byun Yo Han (Misaeng), Nam Joo Hyuk (School 2015)
Best New Actress- Chae Soo Bin (Bluebird House), Im Ji Yeon (High Society)
Popular Star Award, Actor- Sohn Ho Jun (Mrs. Cop)
Popular Star Award, Actress- Yoo In Young (Mask)
Hallyu Star Award- Lee Dong Gun, Hong Soo Ah
Best Dressed Award- Oh Min Suk, Choi Yeo Jin

Apparently the entire team of tVN's popular webtoon drama Misaeng won most awards. Im Si Wan, Oh Min Suk, Byun Yo Han and Lee Geung Young were smiling happily.

There were some actors I wish should be winning some awards but they were not around.
