Kim Jeong Hoon comeback as a 'singer'

Duo band 'UN'- member Kim Jeong Hoon will be coming back as a singer after 1 year and 8 months. Originally Kim was in dramas such as the popular Goong (Palace) with Yoon Eun Hye and Jo Ji Hoon. In 2000, he formed a group called Duo with another band mate Choi Jung Won who attended the same university as he was. 

According to Kim's agency Mersenne Entertainment, the singer will be releasing the new single in March. Since 2014 in July, he has released the song '5091' and since then he has been active in Japan and China.

The new single is composed by composer,lyricist Won Sang Woo, Won Tae Yeon and Lee Hyeon Sung. 

Meanwhile Kim has been nicknamed the 'Maths Genius' after he appeared in the cable network jtBC's variety show Let's Go Back to School. Originally the singer was a brilliant student from Seoul National University studying dentistry until he dropped out to pursue in the entertainment business. He once participated in Japan's Fuji TV Mathematics World Cup competition. As he represented South Korea, he won twice in the competition.
