On 12th June, Ha Ji Won attended the Shanghai International Film Festival (held from 11-19th June 2016) and according to her agency, the actress has chosen the new upcoming movie entitled Man Hunt to be directed and supervised by fame directed John Woo organized by Media Asia Group.
The actress said it was like a dream came true for her as everyone wanted to at least work for once with John Woo. Though his origin is from Hong Kong, John Woo has directed many successful American movies such as Enter the Dragon, Hard Target, Broken Arrow, Face Off, Mission Impossible II, Windtalkers and Paycheck. Woo has worked with various actors such as John Travolta, Christian Slater, Nicholas Cage and Jean Claude Van Damme.
Man Hunt will be a remake version of 1978 where the action thriller of a Japanese film where it has attracted an explosive social issues and popular in China in 40 years. Ha Ji Won is expected to pay the role of a killer with beauty looks.
