On 29th September, KBS official has advised that Jun Young will be doing some self reflecting for his actions and regardless whether he's guilty or innocent, he sincerely wishes all the best to the current remaining casts of the 1N2D program. He also apologizes for his actions to the viewers and fans including his fellow colleagues.
The filming of 1N2D will proceed as it is on 30th September, except the coming episodes will only feature 5 remaining members- Cha Tae Hyun, Kim Jun Ho, Defconn, Kim Jong Min and Yoon Shi Yoon.
Jung Jun Young received a file of complaint and charges from Seoul Seongdong Police Station as to he filmed a sex scene on video without the woman's consent. The two people have been taken to the police station to clarify further as the case is proceeded and passed to a state prosecutor.
KBS has yet to plan and decide after the results of the court case considering the prosecution is not over as yet.
