Hyun Bin's The Swindlers opens at no# 1 spot.

Hyun Bin's new movie "The Swindlers" directed by PD Jang Chang Won ranked first at the box office on the first day of release in the theatres.
                        
According to the Film Promotion Committee on March 23, the "The Swindlers" gathered 21,955 people at 1195 openings on the previous day, 6295 times, and took the stairs of the "Justice League" (44,493) and took the first place in the box office. On the day, sales amounted to 1,564 million won, and the share of sales was 62.2%.

The Swindlers is a story of a prosecutor who is trying to catch a scammer who turned the Republic of South Korea upside down with another scammer to catch him. Hyun Bin, a con artist who was in the custody of a fraudster and Prosecutor Park Hee-soo played by Yoo Ji Tae. In addition, fellow supporting casts include Bae Sung-woo, Park Sung-woong, Nana and Ahn Se Ha. This director PD Jang's debut film.
