Descendants of Sun concludes with happy ending at 40% rating.

The last episode of Descendants of Sun finishes off strongly at 40% ratings- another mark in history. For a 16-episode drama, it has definitely taken off at a strong start and finishes off with viewers smiling on their faces. 

For the final episode of the drama, we were shown that Yoo Shi Jin (played by Song Joong Ki) and Seo Dae Young (played by Jin Gu) returned back alive. 

Episode 15 gave the fans and viewers a close heart attack when Alpha Team returned back to South Korea with grim expressions and their ID tags marking their death during the mission.

Myeong Ju was reunited back with Dae Young and of course they have flashbacks on when both were captured and the North Korean soldier who once fought with them came to save them out. It was a return favor when Shi Jin helped him out in Seoul. General Yoon finally gives in for Myeong Ju to marry Dae Young. In fact the doctor-nurses team at Urk were shocked to see a video message from Shi Jin that he is alive when they thought he was a ghost! 

As for our Song-song Couple, they returned back to Urk at the shipwreck area with the stones where they promise to return together again. And of course the wedding dinner of Daniel and Ye Hwa was not shown much which was highly anticipated...mmmm...

We were treated to eye candy characters and cameo appearances in the drama. Various actors came forward to show their love/support for the casts. Of course we will be missing our loveable Dr.Song and Nurse Ja Ae couple who provide lots of laughter, the Alpha Team muscular soldiers running around in a.m. (ooo-aah), cheeky face Chi Hoon and cutie chef/ Sergeant Kim Ki Beom. Also not forgetting Daniel and his Goryeo wife Ye Hwa. 

The drama has definitely left good impression, beautiful scenery and most importantly a good ending for everyone. 

 

Goodbye Mr.Black had its ratings at 3.5%-3.8% and meanwhile Please Come Back Ajusshi was rated at 4.6% and dropped further to 2.6%.
