On the front page of the magazine, Daniel is wearing a red burgundy coloured suit (which I think most men wouldn't wear this to work)- the type of colour which we would normally see models strutting the walkway with that material and colour.
And would anyone have taken notice if they haven't watched MNet's Produce 101 program Season 2, that the cover model is actually a trainee from MMO Entertainment? At the tender age of 22, Kang Daniel has taken over by storm when he was announced as the overall winner earning him number 1 spot in the group.
It felt like a dream for the young b-boy dancer and singer. He was never in the top spot rankings at the start and in fact he nearly gave up when he came last in the first online voting. He remains very humble and only hoped to get to top 35 spots while enjoying gigs and concerts.
And today; his name is the most searched in portal websites, nation hosts are mimicking his dance moves, female celebrities are smitten by him and whenever Wanna One is mentioned in any programs- immediately audience are wondering if Daniel will be make his guest appearance. Daniel has gained fans from elder female fans ranging from 20-30 age group.
Things are turning very different for the once-shy guy who never expected to win the biggest survival competition. While off stage, he is just a goofy-naive young guy fascinated by even the smallest strange sounds but once he goes on TV stage mode, he completely transforms into a very professional performer which even other trainees find him very charming and cool.
His amazing 180 cm height, broad shoulders and visual is no joke, it is not surprising Kang Daniel is now gracing the front cover magazines.
Look out for the November issue of GQ Korea which will feature Daniel- he is spotted in cosy casual tee-shirt and blue jeans look.
