On 15th May at 5.30pm, Park Jung Ah (35) tied the knot to professional golfer Jeon Sang Woo (33) at a wedding hall in Gangnam, Seoul. The two met about 2 years ago through short introduction via acquaintances.
At the press conference prior to the wedding to prepare for the wedding, Park mentioned she is now an adult and time to start a family. She laughed while saying they will live well and happily together.
The proposal was through a cake and Korean rice cakes (songpyeon). The wedding event was a private one. Fellow Jewelry members Seo In Young, Lee Ji Hyun, Jo Min Ah, Ha Joo Yeon, Ye Won attended the wedding as well. Group V.O.S sang the congratulatory song.
Park was one of the original members of Jewelry group in 2001. In 2009, the team decided to go into acting industry. Park starred in dramas such as Only You, My Daughter Seo Young and Brilliant Seduction. She now hosts the MBC FM radio program.
Meanwhile her husband Jeon Sang Woo debuted in 2004 and 2006 KPGA tournament.
