An appeal court overruled the brother to a film writer who was handed over to court for allegedly intercepting a large sum of money in the name of the actor Jung Woo-sung (44).

The first trial court sentenced Park to five years in prison, saying, "If the business was not operating normally, he would have used up to 15.4 billion won worth of money by using a network of writers and personal friends." Park made his debut as a drama writer in 1993 and wrote many famous dramas and has been running various businesses such as underwear company, publishing company, and production.
