Return of Captain Park in Running Man's Shanghai 1926.

In the recent episode of Running Man, it features footballers - Jung Tae Se, Ji So Yun and retired player Park Ji Sung. The story starts with Agent K carries a stash of money only to be discovered in Shanghai by the Japanese police. Years later, his secret stash of money is hidden somewhere in Shanghai 1926. 10 Secret Society members were selected to carry out the mission.

RM's mission is to find Agent 'J' and escort him safely back to the headquarters to where he will be heading to Manchuria. Also they are to find the 5 bags containing the secret funds. First of all they need to play various games in Nanjing Road (a big working film set during the Shanghai era during Japanese occupation). Each member will challenge one another in a game to win coins. The money enable them to buy some hints (from an informant wearing a red tie/scarf) by stating the code 'Wo Ai Ni' ( I love you in Mandarin) with the sign of mini heart. The hints are usually written in Chinese so if they need a translator they need to pay 1 cent to get it translated. When Haha, Suk Jin and Ji Sung challenged each other at the changing of the masks event- it has been proven our Captain Park has excellent memory by memorizing by hard the sequence of the masks and how many times it has changed.

It was quite bad luck for Ji Hyo who couldn't win any game. Jung Tae Se is winning lots and buying tons of information. Jae Suk secured several pouches as well. Giraffe Kwang Soo was pure misfortune as usual- the same goes to Big brother Suk Jin. Now the hints they have received so far is the Agent J's initial is J/S, he's a man, he has small eyes, he has a wife working in the broadcasting station. All hints were pointing towards Jae Suk, Suk Jin and Ji Sung. Jae Suk and Ji Sung obtained the map to find the secret funds. Phone call came to the director and informed them there is a SPY among the 10 members. They have to quickly find the spy before he eliminates them all. Suk Jin tells Jae Suk he's unhappy seeing the members suspect he's a spy. So the two played along as spies eliminating one by one since they were feeling unfair! Ha ha!

So Yun was hoping to earn more coins to get more hints so she asked Ji Sung to play a game with her- tug of war where both ropes were tied on each other while they run to both ends to touch the bell. The footballers can't believe such ridiculous games they are doing. LOL! Ji Sung won the tug of game and gave 1 coin to So Yun...nice of him. He definitely looks quite worn out.

It was quite surprising Jae Suk oust Jong Kook, Ji So Yun, Kwang Soo..etc. Meanwhile Suk Jin is torn between his loyalty to Jae Suk and wavers when Ji Sung tells him that he isn't a spy. Another hint came in stating the spy can run well on grass. Again the hints were all pointing towards Jae Suk (since he's a grasshopper by nickname), Ji Sung is an ex-football player and Suk Jin (he's an Impala by nickname) When all the rest were oust by Jae Suk and Suk Jin, leaving Ji Sung facing the two. One of them must be a spy and another is Agent J. Out of nowhere Suk Jin grabs Jae Suk and Ji Sung immediately rip the name tag revealing Jae Suk is the real spy! Phew! Lucky for Suk Jin to trust in Ji Sung otherwise their mission will fail. The winners brought the stash of money for their independence and all applaud for once Suk Jin did a good thing.

Jung Tae Se felt guilty that he didn't get to play longer since his name tag was ripped off at the early stage. Ji So Yun also pointed the show is interesting but Jae Suk is indeed scary when he starts ripping off her name tag- betrayal. Jong Kook vows to rip off their name tags the next week. Once again, we thanked our Captain Park for joining RM team every year since he hosts the Asian Dream Cup football event with world class players (charity event) around Asia.
