Former EXO-M member Kris dishes out on SM Ent.

We have another war fued between EXO-M's leader Kris Wu Yi Fan against his former agency SM Entertainment. This time Kris has spoken up regarding the exclusive contract signed between him and SM. He is placing all the bets on the lawsuit for his former agency has broken the trust and it has been a difficult situation for Kris. SM was unable to maintain the contract and due to the tight schedules and psychological absence resulting the EXO-M leader leaving the group.

Kris's rep has mentioned the total period of 10 years contract was signed from his debut. He pointed out there was anti-social and limiting him to any freedom for a long period of time.
On the other hand SM's rep meant the Fair Trade Commission has proposed a standard exclusive agreement made in consideration of specifications for the entertainment industry.
They fired back stating SM Ent. has signed in Kris for the contract and expect him to comply with the stanadard exclusive contract terms.

SM also mentioned usually a short period of time would be ranging from 3 years up to the 10 years mark as to debut as a singer there are less chance of success. All the burden and costs were maintained by the company. During Kris' trainee years in SM, it was a nightmare for him where he fell sick and the agency neglected his health conditions. It was something Kris couldn't accept.

The courst case will continue at 3pm on 21st Sept to determine the two sides specifically.

Prior to Kris's leaving EXO-M last May, fellow Chinese members Lu Han and Tao have also decided to leave the idol group where they have all filed lawsuit against the exclusive contract of SM Ent. at the Seoul Central District Court.

In February, Kri and Luhan were rumored to have borrowed their popularity from EXO and promoting themselves in various films and programs in China. SM mentioned that the boys were engaged in various commercials and other entertainment industry causing enormous economic damage to their partners. They have also filed a lawsuit in the court in Shanghai, China.

Looks like the boys are not getting to the end of it...
It took Hankyung a while from Super Junior group to end his contract with SM as well.
