The film distributor CJ Entertainment has undertaken a prior decision Shin Eun Kyung and Lee Seung Gi including a colourful added casts Kim Sang Kyung, Yeon Woo Jin, Choi Woo Shik, Kang Min Hyuk, Choi Min Ho, Jo Buk Rae and Park Sun Young.
The first shooting took place in Namyangju, Gyeonggi at the Hanok set on 9th August.
Shim Eun Kyung plays as Princess Song Hwa while Lee Seung Gi plays as Do Yoon. Yeon Woo-jin plays Si Gyung- one of the King's opposition candidate while Kim Sang-kyung takes on the role as the Korean King. The Princess is having problem with a list of husband candidates and refuses to marry them unless it's true love. She went on a journey to find her one true love. Do Yoon is a specialist in reading marital signs and he is selected to carry on the important task.
Seung Gi has mentioned that this is a historical movie and he is working hard to improve his acting skills and to portray the role well with fellow senior actors. Meanwhile Shin also pointed out it's an honour she is playing the role as a royalty in the Joseon dynasty so she will do her best in the film.
I am definitely looking forward to seeing Yeon Woo Jin in a historical film. He suits well in it though he's also a cheeky fella in modern series. Not a big fan of Shin Eun Kyung as she wasn't my cup of tea but then she's a lead actress in this film...will bear with it. ^_^
