Court demands KRW5 billion loan repayment from JYJ Junsu.

JYJ member Kim Junsu has somehow invested KRW285 billion in his new Jeju resort and news has surfaced that he has failed to make repayment for the loans that he has borrowed from the banks involving in legal disputes.

Jeju-do's district court (Chief Judge Kim Yang Ho) is made in charge of the Seogwipo Tuscany Hotel A and B, construction contractors were involved in the construction loan payment accepted the motion filed against Kim on these builders.The court accepted the B Property construction and companies are also applying seizure filed against Kim.

There was a property seizure, including hotels and real estate owned of Kim in Seogwipo, Jeju site.

Kim immediately submitted a complaint, lawsuit loans on the builders and endlessly.

The construction B was ongoing until August of this year and from April last year, it took part in the Tuscany hotel construction.

The hotel covers an area 21,000 B1 to 26㎡, 61 room (main building) 4 floors above ground and pool villa was composed of four levels.
