Former member of girl group Girls' Generation, Jessica Jung is finally making her official exit from SM Entertainment. On the 6th of August, the official rep stood out to confirm that it came to the end of discussions that Jessica is leaving the company for good.
This will be a new beginning for the singer/model herself. Jessica herself has also announced through her legal rep that she has officially terminated her contract with SM Ent.
It was coming to an end of the contractual relationship after final consultations with SM Entertainment and offically to inform everyone that Jessica and SM will go on their separate ways.
Jessica's legal rep also mentioned "We value the time spent with him while SM Entertainment, we hope all the best in future undertakings of SM Entertainment."
Further added to the loyal fans, Jessica will always look forward towards their support and love they have showered her during her debut days till today. In future she hopes to demonstrate and put on a better image for her fans. Please do look forward to her new future and career.
Jessica debuted in 2007 as one of the members in the popular 9-member girl group Girls's Generation. Being one of the pretty member and also one of the main vocals, she has helped to raise the team ranks in the top group.
However, due to her personal fashion brand launch it has resulted to various conflicts deepening among the team membes and the agency.
Even after Jessica's haitus from the girl group, they were still popular in various music charts even winning the no#1. spot.
Jessica's younger sister Krystal who is currently a member of another girl group f(X) is still active in the agency. As for Jessica's next move it is yet to be known. First, she plans to focus on fashion business to be explanded in China.
