Singer PSY (41, real name Park Jae Sang) has announced he is leaving YG Entertainment.
He has decided to end his exclusive contract with YG after a deep conversation and they do respect his decision.
An exclusive contract was signed in between PSY and YG in 2010. It has already been 8 years and even after rising to the rank of world star with his hit single 'Gangnam style' in 2012, the singer has continued through the contract renewal.
YG rep said, "The 'Gangnam Style' has shared the excitement that has gained popularity around the world. YG and PSY's strong relationship will last forever regardless of the contract."
